Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh- Longest Natural Sandy Sea Beach in the World.

Cox's Bazar is Located at a distance of 152 km. south of Chittagong, the leading seaport of angladesh. Cox's Bazar is connected both by air and road from Dhaka and Chittagong. Non-Stop flights are available from  Dhaka and Chittagong on United Airlines, GMG Airways, Bangladesh Airlines.

If you are really adventurous and want to enjoy the wildness of the ruff and tuff Sea you can come to Cox's bazar in the month of mid April, Sea continue its wildness till August; and its even more exotic if you come to Cox's Bazar in the time of depression of the Sea. 

Attraction:

Delightful sea-food ,colorful pagodas, surfing waves, towering cliffs, miles of golden sands, rare conch shells, Buddhist temples and tribes -this is Cox's Bazar, the tourism city of Bangladesh. Having the world's longest an unbroken (120 kilometers.) sandy beach sloping gently down to the blue waters of the Bay of Bengal, Cox's Bazar is the most attractive tourist sport in the country. There are also a few very old wooden Buddhist temples at Ramu, a few kilometers from Cox's Bazar.
 Other attractions for visitors are conch shell market, tribal handicraft, salt and prawn cultivation.

Inani Beach: 

 

Another famous beach - is about 32 km south of Cox's Bazar and just on the beach, with the sea to the west and a background of steep hills to the east. Inani is a magic spell on those who step into that dreamland. It is not so far only half an hour's drive from Cox's Bazar and an ideal place for sea-bathing and a picnic.

Himchari:


It is about 32 km south of Cox's Bazar, a beautiful place for a picnic and photo-shooting. Himchari famous for Broken Hills, waterfalls and sandy beach.

Ramu:

This is a famous typical Buddhist village, about 16 km from Cox's Bazar, on the main road to Chittagong. There are khyangs, monasteries and pagodas containing images of Buddha in bronze, gold and other metals inlaid with precious stones.





Buddhist’s Temple :

The most eye-catching spot of Ramu is its Buddhist’s Temple near Baakkhali River on Tiger Canal. The name of this Temple is "Rankut Bonasram Buddha Bihar".  In the temple there are a number of statues of Gautam Buddha. You will find different sized and diverse colored statues of Goutam Buddha. Of them white colored statue is most attractive. Everyday lots of Buddhists visit the Rankut Bonasram Buddha Bihar for praying.
